Dave Naz was born in 1969 in Los Angeles, Ca. He worked as a musician touring and putting out records in the 80’s and early 90’s. In ‘95 he picked up the camera and started photographing people. "I’ve always loved photographing people. Capturing emotion in less than a second’s time is unlike any other documentation."
"My first project was photographing homeless people. I went through Downtown L.A. and paid Homeless people to take their photograph. These photos were shown in the first Gallery shows I was featured in."
"Whenever I get the chance I photograph pregnant women. I love the way the body is taken over and the changes that occur."
His friendship with some Los Angeles Dominas allowed him into the fetish world. "Most people with fetishes are creative. Imagination becomes reality and I love capturing that reality on film."
